Needs Analysis

When I work with your organization, I will begin by analyzing the needs of both the business and the learners by examining relevant data. I will then interview stakeholders and subject matter experts to help identify the behavior that needs to change and how to best achieve your goals. 

Learning Design

I apply the principles of Adult Learning Theory in designing relevant, practical content that honors the learner's experience. I select development tools based on their fit in helping the learner be successful in changing behavior.

Course Development

I will partner with you through the development process and provide drafts of each deliverable for your review and approval. I will establish a timeline for deliverables to allow time for feedback and revision.

Evaluation

I strive to move beyond Level 1 and 2 evaluation to measure behavior change (Level 3) and to determine the impact of training on your company's goals (Level 4).
