I apply the principles of Adult Learning Theory in designing relevant, practical content that honors the learner's experience. I select development tools based on their fit in helping the learner be successful in changing behavior.
I will partner with you through the development process and provide drafts of each deliverable for your review and approval. I will establish a timeline for deliverables to allow time for feedback and revision.
I strive to move beyond Level 1 and 2 evaluation to measure behavior change (Level 3) and to determine the impact of training on your company's goals (Level 4).
